WORKFLOW
Place your request in my DM or email
When placing a commission, please provide clear references for the character, pose, colors, and any other details. The more specific the better!
Full payment (100%) is required after I have received all details and confirmed the price with you
The estimated completion time is 3–4 weeks, depending on the level of complexity
I may decline a commission that I don't feel comfortable or confident to do
REVISIONS
You’ll have 2 FREE revisions on the initial sketch and 1 FREE on the fully-colored piece. After that I will charge the work $10 per change
I will not accept revisions that significantly differ from the approved sketch or original request
USAGE RIGHTS

I have the right to use the commission as sample (notify me if you want your commission private)
You will receive two digital copies (PNG) of the artwork: One for your personal use, and a watermarked one for social media usage
When posting the artwork online, please credit me properly and do not claim the artwork as your own
CANCELLATION & REFUND
If the client cancels the commission:
Cancel before I start: 100% refund
The commission is already in the sketch stage: 50% refund
After the sketch has been approved: No refund
If I cancel the commission: a 100% refund will be issued
Refunds will not be given due to dissatisfaction with my art style, as clients are expected to agree to the style before commissioning
